Hello there Shahzia,

My name is Andres and I am from the Dominican Republic. I kind of got caught up in summer procrastination and lost the link to the blog, and well that explains my lateness. Hopefully, I can get the five weekly assignments done.
I am a person of many interests and I like to lead projects that I usually start with my friends. Among those projects or hobbies I write scripts that I would like to turn into comic books any time sooner, and my most recent project is a secret for now that I will reveal when "the time comes." As you probably realized I like to exploit my capacities because I believe that "With great power comes great responsibilities"-Uncle Ben, Spiderman.
As for the book, I chose Lord of The Flies by William Golding because I am fascinated with stories about people stranded in a place and forced to work together in order to survive.

I hope you enjoy the rest of the summer, it will be a pleasure having you as our teacher when school starts.
-Andres

for the first day of school many thing happen that I really like. For example, I meet my new teacher's who was glad to have me and my friend this year. I also enjoy seen back my old friend who was very helpful to me last year. Actually, what I'm apprehensive of is my college application's and been accepted in the college that I wish to go. In addition, I'm also worry about the different exams that i will face during my signor year.
